SAP AM Analyst / Analyste SAP AM

We are looking for a Senior SAP AM Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate has deep experience in implementing, supporting and optimising SAP Asset Management (AM) processes and will play a key role in improving business processes for our clients.

Assignment context The Senior SAP AM Consultant will be working on-site at our end client as part of their business and IT/ERP project teams, while being contracted and supported by ITProposal B.V.

The consultant will work along three main axes:

• Business needs analysis
• Configuration and customisation
• Training and knowledge transfer

Responsibilities

Business needs analysis

• Work closely with the project team and ERP/"Odyssey" programme teams to understand business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose suitable solutions in both Asset Management and SAP.

Configuration and customisation

• Provide implementation guidance for AM and SAP processes to ensure that decisions taken are effectively realised in both AM and the ERP/"Odyssey" environment.
• Configure and adjust SAP AM-related settings in line with business requirements.
• Ensure that functional and technical documentation is kept up to date.

Training and knowledge transfer

• Train end users and internal teams on new SAP processes and functionalities.
• Document and share best practices and lessons learned.

• University degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a consultant in Asset Management, SAP and/or financial management, with a proven track record in implementations and projects.

Technical skills

• Strong expertise in Asset Management (AM).
• Strong expertise in SAP, particularly in AM/EAM and related financial or maintenance processes.
• Expertise in management control / financial controlling.
• Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM, PM, FI/CO).
• Strong skills in data analysis and use of SAP tools for reporting.
