Job description
Our client is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building and evolving integrations with SAP S/4HANA during a migration from a Legacy SAP ECC system.
This is a leadership-focused role. You will guide the team on technical decisions, architecture, and delivery while ensuring the platform meets business priorities and regulatory standards such as SOX and GDPR/PII., * Lead, coach, and manage a team of engineers
- Oversee delivery, quality, and best practices
- Provide technical guidance on architecture and system design
- Support migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
- Partner with Product and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and priorities
- Maintain platform health and drive innovation
Requirements
- 2+ years engineering management experience
- 10+ years Back End software development experience
- Experience leading system migrations or modernisations
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Experience with critical production systems
Desirable
- SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC experience
- Cloud computing/AWS knowledge
- Experience in regulated environments (SOX/GDPR)
- Large-scale data processing or workflow management
