Job description
Our client is looking for a Program Manager to lead the ERP migration of the Trips Business Unit from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA (RISE with SAP).
You will manage internal teams, external partners, and SAP vendors to deliver the program on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA migration through Prepare, Explore, Realise, Deploy phases
- Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
- Coordinate with teams, partners, and vendors to align priorities and timelines
- Ensure phase deliverables are completed on time
- Establish delivery plans and roadmaps
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years project/program management, including SAP/ERP transformations
- Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA migrations or large-scale financial system projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing external vendors and partners
- Knowledge of Finance processes in SAP
Desirable
- SAP S/4HANA RISE, SAP BTP, or MDG-F knowledge
- Experience with Change Management and Legacy system modernization
