Job description
The system administrator takes the necessary remote actions to operate and maintain radio access network
Required Responsibilities:
- Execute configuration of the access network by using the dedicated configuration tools
- Provide the necessary aftercare following interventions impacting the radio access network equipment
- Offer second line maintenance, troubleshooting and reporting on the Equipment
- Perform the necessary preventive maintenance tasks defined for OMC
- Ensure phone permanency and give technical support to external parties and field operation teams
- Participate in the guard duty and prepared to work early and late shifts
- Occasionally work during night /weekends are part of the job
- Follow up on the technology of the Next Generation Network
- Work closely together with the technical management team to deliver excellent services towards our customers
Requirements
- Bachelor in electronics or similar through experience
- Around 10 years' experience
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of PC Tools
- Knowledge of processes related to incident, configuration and change management
- Excellent knowledge of GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE and NB-IoT technology, equipment and measurement techniques
- Good overall knowledge of mobile network/services
- General knowledge in the IT domain is desired
- Problem-solving skills
- Fast/self-learner to quickly get familiar with internal tracking and configuration tools
- Analytical mindset
