Applications Operations Analyst

• Review and document front-to-back operational processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, or strengthen control points.
• Partner with investment, operations, risk, and technology teams to capture business requirements and translate them into clear deliverables.
• Support workflow redesign and operational change across areas such as trade support, cash and position control, reconciliations oversight, and reporting workflows (kept high-level intentionally to avoid identifiable detail).
• Produce concise artefacts including process maps, requirement definitions, and implementation supporting materials.
• Contribute to testing cycles (UAT) and readiness assessments for new tools, processes, or enhancements.
