IT Project Manager Finances & Sales

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Act as a contact between the technical teams and the company's stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular communication and updates to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction. Gather and document stakeholder requirements and feedback.
• Monitor and manage project issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Management of the projects under his supervision, in terms of resources, dedications and schedule of deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project needs are met.
• Participating in optimization and automation of project management processes.
• Support team members in achieving project goals.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management practices.
• Implementation, improvement and maintenance of reporting tools. Ensuring the reliability and reliability and consistency of reported data and indicators.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the same or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, acquired through studies or relevant courses.
• Strong knowledge of Financial and Sales processes, including period closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Knowledge/skills in Microsoft Project, DevOps, or similar project management tools, plus an advanced level of Excel (acquired through university studies or courses).
• Minimum English level of B2.
• Experience with Dynamics F&O and Business & Analytics tools (Power BI, Fabric) is a plus.
