Job description

  • To audit engineer job reports on daily schedules.
  • To ensure all relevant information is recorded to allow jobs to be efficiently invoiced.
  • To monitor client CAFM systems to ensure jobs are being correctly processed.
  • To accurately capture engineers daily & weekly timesheets.
  • Liaise directly with engineers & in-house team.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates & scheduling tasks.
  • Assist electrical department with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Operating systems?, Turnpower Services are looking to add a new office based Administrative Assistant to their ever expanding electrical division. The successful candidate will be joining an existing team & will be offered full support & training in their new role. Applicants will need to have previous experience of working in a administrative role & have experience using computers & different operating systems.
