Job description
Your focus will be to generate, manage and close new business opportunities across our IT, cyber security and connectivity solutions.
You will initially focus on building pipeline and developing sales skills, before progressing into full-cycle sales.
Your first 3 months will involve:
- Booking meetings with decision makers
- Learning our services and value proposition
- Building a sales pipeline
- Working alongside senior sales leaders
- Developing outbound prospecting skills
Within 3-5 months you will:
- Run your own opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Close your own deals
- Carry your own sales target
- Contribute directly to company revenue
Your success directly drives your earnings and progression.
What Success Looks Like
We operate with clear expectations and measurable performance.
Month 1
- 5 qualified meetings booked
Month 2
- 7 qualified meetings booked
Month 3 onwards
- 10+ meetings per month
Within 6 months
- Closing your own deals
- Managing full sales cycles
- Driving measurable revenue growth
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling and outbound prospecting
- LinkedIn and email outreach
- Following up marketing leads
- Attending networking and industry events
- Managing pipeline within HubSpot CRM
- Running discovery calls and sales meetings
- Building relationships with business decision makers
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, Degree: Any discipline welcome.

Sales experience is not required, but ambition is essential.
