Job description
- We are looking for a HubSpot Technical Specialist with a strong mix of CRM technical expertise and marketing automation experience to manage, optimise, and scale our HubSpot platform.
- This role is hands-on and operational. You will be responsible for configuring HubSpot, building workflows, integrating systems, and ensuring the CRM supports both internal teams and customer journeys effectively.
- You will work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of HubSpot's technical setup and ensuring workflows, automations, and integrations perform reliably and support the needs of our users and customers., * Own the technical setup, configuration, and optimisation of the HubSpot platform.
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows, automation sequences, and lifecycle processes.
- Build and manage custom properties, pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and CRM hygiene across the platform.
- Configure and optimise lead capture, nurturing, segmentation, and scoring workflows.
- Support marketing and sales teams by building automation that improves conversion and engagement.
- Implement and maintain campaign tracking and attribution structures.
- Implement and maintain HubSpot integrations with other systems.
- Manage data imports, exports, syncing, and deduplication processes.
- Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Hands-on Technical Ownership
- This is a hands-on technical role, not a coordination or strategy-only position.
- The successful candidate will personally build, configure, test, and maintain workflows, integrations, and CRM structures within HubSpot., * Work closely with the CEO and operational management team to understand the company's commercial model, customer journeys, and internal processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of how different teams use HubSpot and how CRM workflows impact both users and customers.
- Audit all existing workflows, automations, integrations, and CRM processes.
- Optimise existing flows to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Engage with internal users to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish structured change management processes for HubSpot updates and system improvements.
- Introduce clear communication and documentation practices across the organisation when system changes occur.
Requirements
Do you have experience in VoIP?, * Minimum 3 years experience working with CRM systems (setup, configuration, workflows, automation).
- Minimum 1 year hands-on technical experience with HubSpot.
- Candidates should have personally built and maintained complex HubSpot workflows and CRM automation, not just managed campaigns or used HubSpot as a marketing user.
- Experience implementing or managing system integrations.
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical CRM issues.
Key Skills
- Strong HubSpot technical configuration skills.
- Marketing automation and CRM workflow design.
- Deep understanding of CRM data architecture and lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing and managing API-based integrations.
- Examples of integrations may include Aircall (VOIP), WhatsApp messaging, and PandaDoc or similar document platforms.

- Ability to troubleshoot CRM workflow and integration issues.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
