About the company
A global semiconductor company is looking to add an FPGA Engineer to its digital hardware team, working on complex control and datapath systems that underpin widely deployed embedded products. This role sits within a collaborative hardware group responsible for shaping and delivering digital subsystems across ASIC and FPGA platforms. You'll be involved from early architectural definition through to implementation, verification, and sign-off, working alongside analogue, physical design, DFT, and verification teams. In this position, you'll translate system requirements into clear micro-architectures, develop synthesizable RTL, and validate designs against functional, timing, power, and area constraints. You'll run simulations, debug issues, and contribute to design reviews, while also helping to maintain high-quality design standards through checks such as LINT, CDC, and formal analysis. Over time, you'll deepen your exposure to industry-standard ASIC and FPGA flows and play a role in
