Title: Network Engineer

Rate: Up to £575 (Inside IR35)

Contract length: 6 months (Initially)

Location: Remote (UK)

We're looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to support a large-scale mobile data network for a major UK operator.

You'll be working at the core of a high-throughput IP/MPLS environment, handling routing, interconnects, and traffic across a Cisco & Nokia-based packet core network.

What You'll Do

• Run and optimise large-scale IP/MPLS networks
• Own BGP (eBGP/iBGP) and IS-IS routing
• Manage interconnects & peering (NNI)
• Support mobile packet core integration & traffic flows
• Work with APNs, Internet breakout, and Gi interfaces
• Contribute to CGNAT environments at scale

What You Need

• Strong IP/MPLS service provider experience
• Expert BGP + solid IS-IS knowledge
• Proven interconnect & peering experience
• Understanding of mobile data/packet core networks
• Experience with CGNAT at scale
