Solution Analyst Workday (HCM)

As a Solution Analyst in the IT Product Group , you will support solutions across our HR application landscape.

You translate business needs into robust, scalable application designs with support of the Solution architect; deliver changes end-to-end; and steward the solution through its lifecycle, ensuring secure, compliant and cost-effective operations in line with our Product Group model.

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Demonstrable Workday experience (configuration, rollout and/or support) across one or more modules (e.g., HCM Core, Security).

• Strong analysis and solution design skills; comfortable with process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
• Proven delivery in a product or project environment collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English; able to translate technical topics into business value

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB/Studio), calculated fields and security.
• Familiarity with release and testing cycles.
