Job description
The IT Officer is responsible for providing first- and second-line IT support to end users in collaboration with the external IT partner, managing and preparing hardware for use, and ensuring the continuity and optimal functioning of the organisation's core applications. The role contributes to a stable, secure, and well-functioning IT environment., Provide first- and second-line IT support by resolving incidents across hardware, software, network, and permissions, registering and monitoring tickets, and supporting users with business applications, printers, and peripherals Configure, install, and manage laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and tablets, including VOIP solutions, device settings, subscriptions, and IT asset inventory Manage D365 F&O and CE through technical and functional configuration, support key users, monitor data quality and security settings, coordinate releases and UAT, and document technical configurations Identify improvement opportunities, contribute to IT projects and migrations, manage user accounts and licences, ensure GDPR-compliant data security, and advise IT management on optimisations and investments
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Knowledge of IT support processes, Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic networking concepts Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE (functional and technical management) Experience with VOIP and mobile device management; MDM experience is a plus Analytical and problem-solving ability, capable of quickly diagnosing incidents and identifying root causes Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to explain clearly to users and liaise effectively between IT team, key users, and suppliers Proactive, accurate, and well-organised, with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to prioritise tickets and projects effectively, MBO 4 / HBO level of thinking and working, in the direction of ICT Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE (required) Experience with device management, VOIP, and workplace management Good level of Dutch and English
