The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. - Answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries accordingly
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar using garage based software
- Handle correspondence via email and postal mail, ensuring timely responses
- Maintain organised records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Parts ordering and returning
- Invoicing, Pricing jobs, ensuring customers contact is up to date
Requirements
Do you have experience in Phone etiquette?, * Proven office experience or previous reception work is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, and administrative responsibilities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills
