Job description
We are seeking an experienced Prevention, Data & Outcomes Lead to support service improvement across Housing Advice & Enabling teams, including waiting list management, rough sleeping, homelessness services, and housing strategy. This role focuses on analysing performance, improving service delivery and outcomes, and supporting teams to develop effective prevention approaches.
You will work across multiple housing functions to help strengthen operational processes, monitor performance data and support the delivery of key housing priorities., * Lead and support improvement activity across Housing Advice & Enabling teams, including waiting list management, rough sleeping services, homelessness prevention and housing strategy.
- Analyse service performance data and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and service delivery.
- Support teams in implementing effective homelessness prevention and housing advice practices.
- Work collaboratively with managers and operational teams to improve systems, processes and reporting.
- Monitor outcomes and ensure service performance aligns with organisational priorities and housing legislation.
- Provide leadership and support to staff where required, including line management responsibilities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Management?, * Proven line management experience
- Experience working within housing services, homelessness prevention, or housing advice environments
- Strong data analysis and performance monitoring skills
- Experience supporting service improvement and operational delivery
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
