Job description
We are looking for an experienced IT Integrator / Test Manager for ING, with strong coordination and leadership skills to contribute to major Customer & Data programs. As an IT Integrator, you are part of the Tech community in the Netherlands and play a key role in the collaboration between Business, Architecture, and IT stakeholders. You facilitate complex change and enable cross-team success. You will join the IT Integrator Chapter within the Customer & Data Domain, covering:

Data Management, As a Test Manager, you are responsible for end-to-end (E2E) testing within the program. You bring together business and technical teams, build support, and establish an effective testing organization. You guide teams in:

Defining the test approach

Creating acceptance criteria

Preparing test sets
The overall test strategy is already defined. Your role is to orchestrate and support its execution across a complex, multi-system landscape. You do not execute tests yourself. Instead, you:
- Prepare all prerequisites (test data, environments, use cases)
- Coordinate teams and stakeholders
- Ensure successful test execution across domains
You have demonstrable experience managing large-scale E2E test cycles within complex banking environments involving multiple interconnected systems. Responsibilities Test Strategy & Execution
- Apply and operationalize the existing test strategy
- Coordinate (technical) acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Ensure full traceability from requirements to test cases and evidence
- Prepare test conditions, including: test data, use-case administration, environment readiness, data flow validation.
Planning, Delivery & Risk Management
- Plan, steer, and report on the testing roadmap
- Manage dependencies across teams and domains
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively
- Guide complex E2E testing across multi-domain programs
- Support testers during execution by resolving functional and technical dependencies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, engineers, product leads, and business stakeholders
- Maintain alignment with squad leads and workstream owners
- Facilitate decision-making and remove impediments
- Act as central orchestrator across domains
- Collaborate with testers and engineers on back-end behaviour and data flows
Guidance & Oversight
- Ensure adherence to testing standards and architectural guidelines
- Align different testing types (functional, integration, performance, security, data validation) into one E2E approach
- Support technical troubleshooting (e.g. logs, network calls, data flows)
Analysis & Reporting
- Translate business requirements into clear acceptance criteria and test sets
- Provide structured test reports and quality insights for different stakeholders, including senior management
Within the program, you will collaborate with multiple squads, program management, and stakeholders across value streams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Experience in a banking environment (ING experience preferred)
- 7+ years as IT Integrator / Test Manager within banking
- Proven experience with large, complex E2E test cycles across multiple systems
- Strong knowledge of: test automation, agile methodologies, scaled test processes
- Experience in multidisciplinary teams and long-running programs
- Affinity with back-end testing (logs, network calls, data flows)

What we offer
- Contract until mid-December, with possible extension
- 36-hour workweek with a hybrid working model (office & home-based)
- Gross monthly salary: €6.500,60 - €8.185,00 (based on 36 hours/week and relevant experience)
- Additional benefits: holiday allowance, 13th month salary, pension contribution
