A growing, technology-led organisation is looking to add IT Support Engineers to its Oxford-based operations team. This role sits at the heart of a 24/7 production environment, supporting business-critical systems and ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance
The role:
You'll be responsible for BAU support of Microsoft-based production systems, working from alerts through to resolution. The focus is on monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and controlled change, rather than project delivery
Technology environment:

Windows Server and Windows OS

IIS (web services and application hosting)

SSL / certificate management
-
Azure-hosted infrastructure

Load-balanced and high-availability setups

Monitoring and alert-driven support workflows
Essential:

Strong Windows Server and OS administration experience

Confident supporting IIS and web-hosted services
Requirements

Solid understanding of SSL certificates and related configuration

Experience working in cloud-hosted or hybrid environments (Azure preferred)

Calm, methodical troubleshooting approach

Able to work shifts on-site in Oxford: 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off
