Job description
I am partnering with a leading London-based organisation to recruit an experienced HR Systems Analyst for a permanent, hybrid position. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented and analytical HR systems professional to play a key role in the optimisation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's HR technology landscape.
HRIS Ownership & Daily Operations
- Serve as the subject matter expert for iTrent, overseeing the day-to-day management and optimisation of the HRIS to ensure seamless HR and Payroll operations.
- Lead the development, configuration and implementation of system enhancements aligned to evolving business requirements.
Reporting & Business Objects
- Take full ownership of Business Objects as the primary HR reporting tool.
- Design, configure and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring ongoing accuracy and continuity through iTrent upgrades and system changes.
System Support & User Assistance
- Provide first-line functional support to employees and managers on all HR systems queries.
- Manage and prioritise the HR systems support inbox, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Pensions, Learning & Development, Reward, Brand, IT and Talent Acquisition teams to resolve system-related queries and improve processes.
Training & Documentation
- Deliver system training and guidance to HR colleagues and wider business users.
- Maintain and regularly update user guides, process documentation and system materials to reflect changes and best practice.
System Upgrades & Enhancements
- Coordinate and manage system upgrades, patches and testing cycles to minimise disruption and ensure system integrity.
- Support the implementation and configuration of new iTrent modules and functionality.
- Manage and progress open MHR support queries where required.
Self-Service & Onboarding Maintenance
- Maintain and optimise Employee and Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS), ensuring content and communications remain accurate and current.
- Oversee the Onboarding portal, keeping policies, leadership information and related content up to date.
Data Management & Integrity
- Safeguard data accuracy through regular audits, cleansing activities and quality control checks.
- Maintain organisational structures, hierarchies and establishment data within the HRIS, ensuring organisation charts remain accurate.
HR Support & Projects
- Contribute to ad hoc HR systems and wider HR projects.
- Provide general HR support where required, including responding to queries and taking notes in disciplinary and grievance meetings.
