Job description

  • Create end-to-end Email and Contact Centre Campaign Briefs and execute themn across several markets in EMEA.
  • Participate in weekly campaign reporting
  • Assist the CRM Lead in the development of Quarterly and Annual Strategy Planning
  • Work alongside the Design Team to source images and ensure the creative follows industry best practice and fits the requirements of the brief
  • Develop a robust Test & Learn strategy to gain vital customer insight that enables the channel to continually develop and evolve.
  • Liaise with Store Team to ensure all campaigns fit the Store's Commercial Objectives
  • Compill content for Ad-hoc communications
  • Identify and implement new innovations for the channel

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, Do you have a Junior high school diploma?, * Minimum 2 years of CRM Marketing Experience

  • Knowledge of direct/data driven marketing theory and practice with demonstrable experience of testing, segmentation and targeting; campaign management and campaign analysis.
  • Understanding of CRM KPIs, data, databases and GDPR.
  • An analytical mind and comfortable analysing and interrogating data with the ability to derive insight and action for future activity. Knowledge of Google Analytics to derive insight on the success of campaigns.
  • Highly organised and agile with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages a benefit, but not necessary).
  • Confident in your own ability and able to direct & critique design and copywriting within Direct Marketing and Brand contexts.
  • Experience writing campaign briefs and working directly with agencies to fulfil the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA and campaign management tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
