Job description
- Serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related queries across the business.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to hardware, software, networking, end-user devices, and core business applications.
- Carry out account administration tasks such as creating new users, resetting passwords, and managing permissions.
- Maintain and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment.
- Work closely with the Head of IT to refine workflows, enhance IT processes, and promote best-practice standards.
- Occasionally travel to other office sites across Scotland as required.
Requirements
- Solid experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and wider Microsoft technologies.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
