Job description

· Running Weekly and Monthly Payroll end to end

· Run weekly reports

· Complete all departmental analysis

· Conduct Inductions and complete onboarding

· Verifying all new employees documentation, verifying UK visa and right-to-work permissions in line with applicable legal regulations.

· Complete Employee life cycle - adding and removing from all applications and spreadsheets

· Complete departmental administrative tasks

· Help the team with organizing catering and other ad hoc events on site

· Contract variations processed and organizational update announcements

· Pension administration support

· Support the recruitment process, arranging and participating in interviews

· HR Support with administration and minute taking

· Daily contact with Team Members - handling employee-related matters

· Carrying out internal communication activities using existing tools and channels, and supporting the development of new communication solutions

· Collaboration and support for other departments within the company

· Carrying out other tasks as required and assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Do you have experience in Payroll?, We are seeking a highly skilled People Systems Expert to join our organisation. This role involves running and managing weekly and salaried payroll using ADP iHCM and Realtime, running various payroll analysis and reporting, managing the complete employee life cycle and providing HR support., * Proven experience in payroll end to end experience - minimum 2 years experience.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Great communication skills.
