Job description
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients onto the platform, as well as providing support and follow-up to active clients. The role combines onboarding, configuration, and customer support tasks, ensuring efficient implementation and a high-quality user experience., * Manage the implementation and onboarding of new clients onto the platform.
- Perform initial setup and configuration based on client needs.
- Handle client incidents and requests via email and phone.
- Monitor active accounts to ensure proper platform usage and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in implementation and support processes, proposing solutions to optimize operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or client configuration processes.
- C1 level of English (mandatory).
- Knowledge or training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) will be considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and empathy when interacting with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and tasks simultaneously with accuracy and organization.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team within dynamic environments.
