Job description

IT Administration · Support daily IT administration operations · Assist with IT asset management (PCs, peripherals, and licenses) · Maintain and update user account management across company systems User Support & Troubleshooting · Serve as a first point of contact for IT-related inquiries · Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary · Provide clear and friendly communication to users IT Operations Support · Support the ongoing operation of internal IT systems · Assist with documentation and process improvement · Maintain accurate records of IT assets and configurations Cross-Team Collaboration · Work collaboratively with other departments · Maintain positive relationships with employees across the organization · Contribute to a supportive and respectful workplace cultur

Requirements

We are seeking an IT Admin Support who values teamwork, kindness, and a positive attitude. This role supports daily IT operations and serves as a reliable contact for employees. While technical skills are important, we prioritize character and a collaborative mindset. You will join a team focused on support, trust, and continuous improvement., · IT administration or IT support roles/Customer Support · Microsoft 365 administration (user management, groups, licenses) · Managing IT assets and devices Technical Knowledge (Plus)

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11)

  • Active Directory / Entra ID user and group management

  • device provisioning and management (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)

  • Familiarity with IT asset management tools or inventory systems

  • Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk)

  • Basic understanding of endpoint security practices (antivirus, device policies, updates)

  • Ability to create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base article
