IT Administration · Support daily IT administration operations · Assist with IT asset management (PCs, peripherals, and licenses) · Maintain and update user account management across company systems User Support & Troubleshooting · Serve as a first point of contact for IT-related inquiries · Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary · Provide clear and friendly communication to users IT Operations Support · Support the ongoing operation of internal IT systems · Assist with documentation and process improvement · Maintain accurate records of IT assets and configurations Cross-Team Collaboration · Work collaboratively with other departments · Maintain positive relationships with employees across the organization · Contribute to a supportive and respectful workplace cultur

You will join a team focused on support, trust, and continuous improvement., · IT administration or IT support roles/Customer Support · Microsoft 365 administration (user management, groups, licenses) · Managing IT assets and devices Technical Knowledge (Plus)

Basic knowledge of Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11)

Active Directory / Entra ID user and group management

device provisioning and management (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)

Familiarity with IT asset management tools or inventory systems

Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk)

Basic understanding of endpoint security practices (antivirus, device policies, updates)

Ability to create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base article
