Job description
In this role, you'll support a broad mix of SME customers, providing remote and occasional on-site support across desktop, server, networking, and cloud platforms. Every day is different - from troubleshooting complex issues to assisting with project rollouts and system upgrades.
You'll need a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, M365), networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls), and experience in a customer-facing role where communication is key., * Handle escalations and 2nd line support tickets through the service desk
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office 365, Azure, networks, and cloud platforms
- Assist with project work such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure SLA targets are met
- Deliver excellent service with a proactive and consultative approach
Requirements
Previous MSP experience is essential, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, multi-client environment.
