Network Support

You will play a key role in ensuring system availability, improving operational resilience, and supporting critical infrastructure. You'll work across Linux and Windows environments, manage cloud platforms, implement cyber security measures, and contribute to the ongoing optimisation and documentation of IT systems. • Administer Linux and Windows operating systems
• Manage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365)
• Implement cyber security controls, including firewalls, WAFs, Active Directory, IPS/IDS
• Support network administration (IP networking, routing, VLANs, Spanning Tree, VoIP)
• Manage database administration, backups, patching, and upgrades
• Support high availability and secure production environments
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

• Several years' experience in IT systems engineering or infrastructure roles
• Strong Linux and Windows experience
• Solid networking knowledge
• Hands-on cloud platform experience
• Exposure to cyber security tooling and practices
• Experience managing backups, patching, and system lifecycle processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
