Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Power BI specialist with strong data modelling and analytical capability to help establish the foundations for sustainable reporting across the business.

This is not purely a dashboard development role. While Power BI reporting will form part of the work, the primary objective is to structure and document the underlying data so reporting becomes reliable, consistent, and scalable long term.

The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and core systems to translate operational knowledge into a structured, well-documented data model that Power BI and other reporting tools can build upon., * Data Understanding & Documentation

• Data Modelling & Reporting Foundations
• Power BI Development
• Data Transformation & Integration
• Data Platform Development

• Strong experience with Power BI

• Strong DAX knowledge

• Strong SQL skills for data exploration and transformation

• Experience with Power Query (M)

• Strong data modelling skills (star schema, dimensional modelling, relationships, etc.) Experience designing structured reporting datasets Ability to translate business questions into structured data models

• Experience defining KPIs and operational metrics

• Strong documentation and data governance mindset

• ERP or operational systems

• Complex relational databases

• Data warehouses or structured analytics environments

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric would be beneficial but is not essential.
