Data Controller - Digital

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Data Controller - Digital to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our digital data assets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. You will play a critical role in implementing data governance policies and best practices while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, storage, and reporting processes. Key duties include monitoring data quality, conducting regular audits, and coordinating data entry processes, as well as developing and maintaining documentation for data management procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and analytics, with proficiency in data visualization tools and databases. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to support informed decision-making. Additional responsibilities include training team members on data protocols, assisting in the creation of ad-hoc reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations. A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in a similar role.
