Associate Director of Digital and Information Systems

NHS Highland is seeking an outstanding and visionary digital leader to shape and deliver our Digital and Information Systems agenda across one of Scotland's most complex and geographically diverse health systems. Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership across digital services, IT, information governance, cyber security, and data protection. You will lead a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team delivering services to more than 200 sites, and hold responsibility for a £16.7m revenue budget and £1.25m capital programme. This pivotal role sits at the heart of NHS Highland's ambition to deliver a healthier future for the people we serve. You will be a high-impact leader with substantial experience at a senior corporate level in a complex organisation, with a proven track record of delivering major IT/digital programmes. You will bring strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
