Senior ICT Officer, Highlands Hybrid

o To work with the ICT Manager to supervise the team responsible for the Council's ICT Data Centre & Cloud Operations services, and act as a subject matter expert (SME). To support the overall provision of service, including the elements carried out in house and those carried out by external suppliers. To support the overall provision of a high quality, efficient and effective service to end users that delivers the desired customer service experience and improves customer satisfaction.

o Educated in a numerate/business/technology related subject; or o Relevant industry specific qualification(s); or o Extensive relevant proven experience that demonstrates a similar level of knowledge and understanding.
