About the Role As an Experienced Artist, you'll be part of a talented team responsible for creating beautiful and immersive game worlds. This is a generalist role, meaning you'll work across concept art, 3D modeling, texturing, and environments, bringing unique artistic visions to life. While there is some flexibility in style, the focus is on high-quality environment art, making this a great opportunity for artists who excel in world-building.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D game assets, with a focus on environments.
• Work across concept art, modeling, texturing, and material creation.
• Maintain and refine the game's art style, quality, and visual direction.
• Collaborate with the art team to push creative boundaries and improve workflows.
• Balance artistic vision with technical constraints to optimize assets for performance.
• Work on multiple projects, contributing to both ongoing and new IPs.

• 3+ years of experience as a game artist in the industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D work across diverse styles (not just weapons or character art).
• Expertise in Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush, and Substance Designer/Painter (or similar tools).
• Ability to concept, model, and texture your own assets.
• Strong preference for artists with an environment art focus.
• A creative problem-solver who can work independently and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a flat-structured team where everyone's contributions matter.
