Information Systems Support Officer - Fixed Term

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Information Systems team, at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. The Information Systems Support Officer (Fixed Term) will help provide a robust and efficient IT support service across most aspects of the College's work. This will include providing IT support, installation and maintenance of a wide range of software and hardware and giving advice and guidance on the use of the College's IT facilities. The successful candidate will also contribute to IT projects as and when required.

Do you have experience in IT?, This is an ideal post for a graduate to gain experience of working within IT. We are looking for an individual with IT knowledge, an approachable, professional and "can do" attitude to work, who is equally adept at working unaided or as part of a close-knit team.

Based at the College's main campus, this role will provide you with an opportunity to use your IT skills and abilities to support the College in providing a range of IT support services.
