Job description
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead SME to work for our client within the Legal Tech sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London., Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to lead the solutioning and configuration work across a series of major replatforming and data cleanse initiatives. This opportunity involves working closely with cross functional teams to modernise customer experience systems, drive high quality data migration activities, and ensure the successful delivery of a large scale CX transformation programme. Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead SME for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across the CX365 replatforming and data cleanse programme
- Collaborate with Data Leads and Product SME's to enable a robust data cleanse and migration process from legacy CRM systems into Dynamics 365
- Define and validate data models, customer entity structures, and configuration standards within Dynamics
- Provide governance and quality assurance across system configuration, integrations, customisations, and workflows
- Lead solution design workshops with internal teams and third party vendors
- Support UAT, go live, and post launch activities, offering expert troubleshooting and optimisation guidance
Requirements
Do you have experience in Middleware?, * Proven experience delivering enterprise grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations across Sales, Customer Service & Marketing modules
- In depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 data model, Power Platform, and integration approaches including APIs and middleware
- Hands on experience delivering complex data migration and data cleanse projects, including deduplication, enrichment and transformation logic
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and CRM led engagement design
- Demonstrable experience working with Azure services, particularly Azure Data Factory (ADF), and a solid understanding of Azure based data integration and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, fit for purpose CRM solutions
- Experience operating within Agile or hybrid delivery models
Minimum of 5 years' experience in:
Enterprise level Dynamics 365 CE delivery, CRM solution design, and data migration or replatforming projects.
