A strong track record in implementing and supporting an EDI solutions across a complex business are (EDIFACT would be ideal)

• Detailed knowledge of EDI integration including translators (TLE, Bizlink etc)

• Strong EDI support and trouble-shooting experience including root cause analysis, issue tracking and resolution

• Expertise with EDI mapping, XML standards, SQL queries and relevant communication protocols
