The Company LumApps is already one of France's largest SaaS success stories. Now, we are shifting gears to accelerate the transformation of the company, to optimize the tooling & process to ensure the continuation of our successful growth. To do so, we are looking for an Junior IT G&A application manager, which will be central to LumApps' continued global scaling, directly enabling efficient operations across all G&A functions to support our next phase of growth, in ensuring that all support function can get the most of all our tech stack can offer. The Position Within the IT G&A team, part of the CFO Office, coached by the senior member of the team, you will be in charge of supporting and training key users, administrating different IT systems, and co-lead some project, related to IT tools. The core tool you will support will be related to ERP (accounting systems), Procurement, and HR systems, but you will be involved in projects, from system harmonization following the acquisition of integration, or implementation of new solutions to help our employees. This role has for main objective, to ensure that our support/G&A functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, Office Management, Social & Environmental Responsibility), has the optimum technical ecosystem to perform their job, and that G&A IT tool do not generate unnecessary frictions to all employees. To do so, you will act in the objective to be a trusted third party, between our business teams, and technical providers.

With the goal to Maintain a high level of user satisfaction and ensure maximum operational efficiency across G&A functions.
- Support Users & System Evolution:
- Provide Expert Support: Offer second-level support for G&A application use across the G&A teams
- Coordinate with Integrators: Manage and coordinate with our integrators and G&A systems providers, addressing bugs and driving system enhancements.
- Ensure consistency & data integrity between all G&A systems Ensure data coherency between all systems:
- Ensure that masterdata are shared between all G&A systems, and that data flows between smoothly without alteration
- Ensure evolution request of 1 scope do create troubles withins others: Analyze all evolution request with an holistic view on all potential impact on our G&A tech stack
- Improve our systems & participate to strategic initiatives
- Shape the Future: Collect, analyze, challenge, and prioritize requests for finance system, process, and master data evolutions to maintain and continuously refine our G&A systems roadmap.
- Participate evolution projects: Participate in evolution implementation, in coordination with Key Users, and systems integrators providers. The objective is to be able to lead small evolution project after few month
- Participate in Strategic Initiatives: Play a key role in high-impact projects, including: o Participate in the integration of the newly acquired companies into our systems, by participating in the technical projects but also in onboarding new users. o Participate in the implementation of new tools (for diverse topics like., P2P, Travel & Expenses, CSR KPI's management). Role Context The IT G&A team is evolving in a 3 level organization, at the second level, in coordination with functional key users (level 1), and software provider & reseller (Level 3). o Key users are in charge of: Demand Management: Act as the single entry point for his scope requests. Splitting requests between "Support request", "training issues" and "evolution needs." o First-Level Support: Assist users in your scope with functional issues before escalating to IT G&A. Prioritize evolution needs within his scope o Quality Control: Test and validate new reports or tool updates developed by IT G&A before they go live (User Acceptance Testing). o Change Management:
Support the training of the user within his scope, for new comers or new evolution implementation.
IT G&A is in charge of: Preventive maintenance of our G&A application Train key users, and support their process & how-to documentations
Second-Level Support: Treat support request that Key users can't handled, and escalate ticket to software provider or integrator for complex issue we can't solve internally Deploy evolution request, either independently or with external expertise if necessary For request received with needs the realization of a large project, provide detailed needs analyze & context to the G&A project management team Tech stack
You will gain hands-on experience and provide support for (list will be subject to change as the tech stack will continue evolving): ERPs: NetSuite, SAP ByD (SAP By Design) -> Unification project will be launch in 2026 ERP add-ons: ZoneCapture (AP Automation), ZoneReconcile (Bank Rec), ZoneSFTP, Celigo Cloud Extend Subscription management: ChargeBee EPM: Lucanet -> A new RFP will be launched in 2026 HRIS/ATS: Lucca (incl. Expense Reports and Project Management) , Teamtailor P2P & Travel: Spendesk, Egencia, Pivot (to be implemented) Cash Management: Cobase Worksheets: Excel (with PowerQuery) and Google Sheets Legal: ContractWorks, DocuSign, Others: Jira Service Management
Requirements
- Your Background & Technical Skills (Must-Haves): IT G&A systems administration:
- At least 3 years of experience in administrating G&A systems ERP & Financial Systems Expertise:
- At least 2 years in administrating ERP systems Business acumen: Good understanding of business processes, and especially Accounting and Controlling principles.
- Data Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. Language Skills: Fluent in French & English.
- Your Background & Technical Skills (Nice-to-Haves):
- SaaS Experience: You ideally already work in a fast growing SaaS company.
- HRIS management: Experience in administrating HR systems (Ideally Lucca)
- Project manager experience: Experience in participating to G&A projects in an international & cross-functional environment.

Proactive & Adaptable: As you will be part of a rapidly growing company facing scalability challenges, you are proactive in identifying and proposing solutions to problems or inefficiencies, even before they are explicitly raised.
