you have a BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Math or something similar. - you've worked on optimization algorithms or heuristics before for at least 6+ years. - you're skilled in Python or another algorithm-focused language. - you love learning and keep up with the latest in your field. - Scrum/Agile comes naturally to you. - You live in the Netherlands
