Job description

To provide comprehensive second-line support and configuration expertise for the Trust's Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, primarily SystmOne. This includes taking ownership of specific technical domains within the system, undertaking complex troubleshooting, performing system administration tasks, and leading upgrade testing cycles. The postholder is expected to act with a high degree of autonomy within defined guidelines, serving as a subject matter expert and escalating only when issues fall outside of their remit. The role is primarily office-based with extended periods of computer use and occasional travel to Trust sites for training, support, or stakeholder engagement. You will be required to work from the office for a minimum of 3 working days per week. Regrettably, due to UK Home Office requirements we cannot offer sponsorship for all our job roles.
