Data & AI Product Lead

We are looking for a Product Catalogue Data Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for actioning product creation requests from stakeholders, submitted through our ticketing platform Freshservice, in line with the highest data quality and accuracy standards.

About The RoleAs the Product Catalogue Data Administrator review, transform and enrich data provided by the business in line with our data attribute rules, using business tools and Excel, ready to process in SAP. Data relates to specific product attributes such as descriptions, sizing, colour, barcodes etc.

You will also;

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful product creation and that deadlines are met

Investigate and correct any data or process issues

Support the business teams by helping them understand the importance of product data management

About YouThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry and data management experience as well as previous experience with SAP or equivalent is still an advantageous. It is important that you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal alongside stakeholder engagement.
