ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Lead Developerto design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inCMDB, ITOM, TSOM, and TSM modules, along with strong hands-on development experience in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform architecture.

The candidate will play a key role indriving ServiceNow platform development, CMDB maturity, IT Operations automation, and telecom service operations transformation, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

Design, develop, and implement solutions on theServiceNow platformaligned with business requirements.

Build and customize ServiceNow applications using:

oBusiness Rules

oFlow Designer

oWorkflows

Lead development efforts and ensure adherence toServiceNow development best practices.

CMDB Management

Design and maintainCMDB data model and CI relationships.

ImplementCMDB governance, health dashboards, and data quality rules.

Configure and manageDiscovery and Service Mapping integrations.

Ensureaccurate CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping.

ITOM & TSOM Implementation

Implement and supportIT Operations Management capabilitiesincluding:

oEvent Management

oDiscovery

oService Mapping

oOperational Intelligence

Work onTelecom Service Operations Management (TSOM)solutions for telecom network/service monitoring.

Configure event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.

TSM (Telecom Service Management)

ImplementServiceNow Telecom Service Management capabilities.

Develop workflows forservice provisioning,fulfillment, and incident handlingin telecom environments.

Integrate telecom OSS/BSS systems with ServiceNow platform.

Integrations

Develop integrations using:

Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as:

oMonitoring tools

Architecture & Design
