As Country Director - Digital & Technology Services, you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the Digital & Technology Services business in the UK.
Responsibilities
Client Management & Growth
Set the strategic direction for Expleo's Digital & Technology Services across a portfolio of UK and global accounts.
Use a consultative engagement approach to position and deliver Expleo's value proposition to new and existing clients.
Ensure high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds gross profit targets and client expectations.
Intervene proactively in delivery challenges, managing escalations and protecting both client satisfaction and Expleo's reputation.
Oversee and challenge account growth plans, ensuring we continuously expand value and footprint within key clients.
Business Development & Commercial Leadership
Shape and propose solutions that address client business drivers, ensuring they are technically robust, commercially sound, and value-adding.
Partner with Sales and Engagement Managers through the entire sales lifecycle - from pre-sales and solution design to client review meetings and renewals.
Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our service portfolio.
Lead the commercial growth and client adoption of offshore and nearshore delivery models, positioning them as strategic differentiators on quality, scale, and cost.
Operational Ownership & Governance
Own the end-to-end operational performance of the UK Digital & Technology Services portfolio, including revenue, margin, utilisation, cost control, and delivery efficiency.
Define and continuously evolve the operating model across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Establish and manage clear delivery, financial, and operational KPIs; ensure performance is tracked, reviewed, and actioned.
Oversee robust delivery governance, risk management, and escalation frameworks to protect client outcomes and commercial performance.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and ways of working to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, HR, and Group Services on workforce planning, demand forecasting, cost management, and investment decisions.
People Leadership & Culture
Lead the Digital & Technology Services organisation, ensuring the right structure, capabilities, and capacity to meet current and future demand.
Hire, develop, coach, and retain senior talent, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and high performance.
Ensure leadership teams are actively developing their people, growing practice capabilities, and building succession pipelines.
Build strong, collaborative relationships across regions, functions, and business lines to deliver integrated, standardised solutions for clients.
Service Innovation & Market Insight
Lead service innovation to ensure Expleo remains best in class and our solutions are aligned with evolving client demands and Expleo's long-term strategy.
Actively research and interpret market trends, client expectations, and emerging technologies to shape our service portfolio.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or similar).
Management qualification or equivalent years of demonstrable leadership experience.
One or more relevant industry certifications in project, programme or service management.
Additional relevant courses, certifications or an MBA are desirable but not essential.
Essential Skills
Strong track record managing multi-shore delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore) in a consulting or services environment.
Exceptional client management skills at executive level, including building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, etc.).
Demonstrated success in designing and executing business-wide solution strategies that drive growth and improve profitability.
Deep experience supporting pre-sales, shaping complex solutions, and turning business opportunities into successful, profitable engagements.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - able to spot trends, identify opportunities, and convert them into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and influencing skills - highly articulate and credible with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strong financial acumen - comfortable with budgets, forecasting, and financial performance management.
Demonstrated experience fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high engagement across diverse teams.
Desired Skills
Proven success in scaling offshore and nearshore delivery centres and integrating them into a unified global delivery model.
Background in establishing new business lines, service offerings, or practices from the ground up.
Exposure to innovation frameworks, productised services, or IP-based offerings.
MBA or equivalent senior leadership development programme.
Experience
Extensive experience in Digital & Technology Services, IT services, or technology consulting roles.
Proven experience in an executive or senior director role with full P&L ownership and accountability for revenue, margin, and growth.
Experience leading change and transformation, including operating model changes, process optimisation, and cultural evolution.
Experience in a global consulting, engineering, or technology services organisation, ideally in sectors such as banking, energy & utilities, retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, cloud, or data-driven service portfolios.
