quarterly lunch and drinks hosted by your Manager or DirectorEmployee of the Month recognition local rewards for employees 'going the extra mile'.Plus, many other flexible and additional benefitsJob descriptionAs a Delivery Recruiter, you will have the following responsibilities:Experience working with defence clients in engineering sector.Ability to demonstrate capabilities in the full end to end recruitment lifecycleData integrity, quality and managing all recruitment activity via our internal CRM systemAnalyse data to improve outcomes and have data led conversationsCandidate attraction and sourcing via search and match technologyConsistent delivery of quality CVs within SLAs, aiming for efficiency ratio of 3:2:1Offer and on-boarding management independently with no supervision required, managing, and closing complicated candidate objections and demonstrate substantial capability of managing offers, rates, and skills negotiation with hiring managersPrepare for and attend client meetings, playing a contribution in setting them up for success and debriefings learning's following meetingsCreate positive relationships with candidates, asks, listens, and builds connections to gain market insight, information, leads and referralsShow an in-depth understanding of client's business, culture, key skills, and wider business information, using this information to identify roles in other areasActing as Delivery POC for client/Account Teams, chasing CV and interview feedbackAbility to challenge and educate clients based on market insights and conditions on rejected candidates with customer where requiredUnderstand and keep up to date with market trends, information, key movers, and projects to ensure high level conversations with candidates and to drive their own market knowledgeTake market information to your network via social media to drive inbound candidate engagement and networking opportunitiesProactively send speculative CVs to prospective clients to build relationships, showcase available talent, and support new business generation for the company.Maintain and update candidate hotlists to ensure a pool of qualified and available talent for current and future vacancies.Organize and manage distribution lists for hiring managers, supporting targeted and efficient communication regarding candidate updates and new opportunities.Skills/ qualifications neededWe are looking for candidates with the following skills:Confident in head hunting rather than sole reliance on application generationClient relationship building and stakeholder management experienceAwareness of personal brand and impact across the businessDemonstrable success in engaging/placing passive candidatesSkilled in using sourcing toolsSkilled in attracting and placing candidatesExperience working to targets, deadlines and/or service agreementsEager to develop new and existing accounts through speculative sales.If you're an ambitious, driven, and an adaptable person, we look forward to hearing from you!TPBN1_UKTJ Similar jobs
