Job description
- As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Acting as the bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, you'll deliver technical demonstrations, oversee Proof of Concepts, and ensure smooth on-boarding and adoption for enterprise customers across EMEA.
- You'll be a primary technical advisor, helping clients realise value from innovative technology, troubleshooting issues, and shaping product improvements with client feedback.
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to blend technical skills with customer-facing responsibilities in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a technical customer-facing role (such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success Engineer)
- Experience working with SaaS software
- Confident delivering software demonstrations
- Exposure to enterprise clients and supporting technical onboarding or implementations
- Ability to explain complex software concepts simply
- Comfortable with structured data and troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused
- Fast learner with new systems
- Understanding how technical solutions drive commercial outcomes
- Desirable: Experience in construction/infrastructure, planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6), project risk analysis, basic APIs/data integrations, or supporting Proof of Concepts
