Lead MS Dynamics Sales/CE (Outside IR35 )Lead MS Dynamics Sales/CE (Outside IR35 )2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics Sales Consultant SME with a deep understanding of the MS Dynamics sales suite, including CRM. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, with an emphasis on the engineering vertical. This is an 8-month contract based in Belgium, offering a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level consultancy on the implementation and optimization of MS Dynamics Sales Suite and CRM solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs in the engineering sector. Support the end-to-end sales process, from pre-sales engagement to post-implementation support, ensuring the effective use of Dynamics sales tools. Deliver workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in leveraging the MS Dynamics sales suite and CRM capabilities. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of Dynamics solutions with overall business goals. Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales Suite and CRM, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. In-depth knowledge of sales processes and CRM applications, ideally in the engineering vertical or similar technical industries. Excellent business knowledge, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and work independently. Proven experience working in a client-facing consultancy role, providing expert guidance and support. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams. Desired Skills: Previous experience working with engineering firms or projects in the industrial sector. Familiarity with other Microsoft tools or ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc.). Fluency in English and Dutch/French (or both) is an advantage.
