You will have extensive experience of leading teams on high profile engagements likely from a Consultancy/advisory background (Big4 or similar). An ambitious and experienced leader with a proven track record in forensic data analytics (with significant FinCrime, AML, Fraud, Investigations, and Compliance), a passion for technology, and a strong commercial mindset as our team is growing. Experience:

Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in forensic data analytics, risk analytics, or a closely related field and with experience at a commercial/leadership level.

Extensive experience in a leadership role within a major consultancy (Big4 or similar is the most likely background), other backgrounds at a similar level able demonstrable track record of winning new business and managing a team so you can transition into an advisory role.

The ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects and navigate high-pressure and often sensitive client situations with confidence and integrity.

Significant experience in FinCrime; AML, Sanctions; fraud investigations, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage. Technical:

A strategic understanding of advanced data analytics techniques; while not always hands-on, you must be able to direct and liaise with technical teams.

Expert-level knowledge of SQL (SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and its applications used in complex data environments.

Strong understanding of Python for data analysis, automation, and machine learning apps.

Familiarity with leading data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or LookerStudio) and their strategic application in delivering insights to senior stakeholders.

Experience architecting or overseeing solutions using Big Data technologies (Apache Hive, Spark, Presto) for processing large-scale distributed datasets.

Demonstrable experience in the strategic application of Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) to solve real-world investigative or compliance challenges is highly desirable.

A strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and eDiscovery tools (Relativity) is a significant advantage. Leadership:
