IT professional

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced IT professional (7-10 years) with strong expertise as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach and deep hands-on skills in JIRA setup, configuration, and customisation. The role involves building dashboards, managing multi-project environments, configuring releases and roadmaps, and supporting Agile delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Experience with DevOps practices and JIRA admin certification are added advantages.Role Title: Jira SME, * Overall, IT experience is 7-10 years.

• Must have strong experience as a scrum master or AGILE coach
• Must have strong experience of setting up JIRA
• Must have strong experience in configurating JIRA.
• Must have strong experience of customising JIRA boards to develop the dashboards for testing, project management, team velocity measurements etc.
• Must have strong experience of configuring multiple projects, releases, roadmap etc. in JIRA
• Good to have experience of DevOps principles.
• Must have strong experience in AGILE projects
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have good stakeholder engagement experience
• Good to have JIRA certified admin
