• RBAC Consulting & Role Engineering: Together with IT and business representatives, you take care of maintaining and further developing the role model and consider Agentic Identities from the start.
• Process Management & Requirements Engineering: You help develop efficient, simple, and customer-friendly IAM solutions and ensure they continuously improve.
• Analytics & Reporting: You translate complex data into clear insights and advise our teams with well-founded analyses.
• Compliance & Audits: You accompany audits from start to finish, provide evidence, and help ensure the IAM domain remains audit-proof.
• Sparring & Consulting: As a trusted partner, you contribute your IAM domain knowledge and help advance our strategy.

• Experience in IAM, analytics, and compliance is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with an agile mindset.
• Technical knowledge in IAM, data analysis, and AI-related tools., * Communication & Teamwork: Open communication, conflict resolution skills, and an agile mindset make you the perfect team player.
