Cloud Infrastructure & Network Operations Engineer

We are looking for experienced Service Engineers (m/f/d) to join the operations team for a highly standardized and automated cloud network platform. The solution is built on modern cloud architecture and leverages advanced automation and DevOps principles. • Incident Management: Analyze, document, and resolve operational incidents (~20% of working time), including escalation and coordination within the team.
• Change Management: Plan, assess impact, coordinate, and implement changes.
• Operations: Guarantee smooth platform operation and drive continuous improvement.
• Automation & Innovation: Contribute to automation and self-service solutions (e.g., DevOps tools, Python scripting).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues on task planning, shift schedules, and on-call rotations.

The Cloud Infrastructure & Network Operations Engineer role at NTT DATA involves managing cloud network operations with a focus on automation and DevOps principles.
