Workday HCM Lead

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Set yourself apart:

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
• Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
• Up to date Workday HCM certification
• Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o.
• 2-5 years professional Workday experience
• Up to date Workday certifications
• Fluency in another language

As a Workday Core HCM Lead: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: * Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies. * Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM. * Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress * Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations * Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
