Job description
The client is seeking a Spanish speaking IT & Security Technician to provide first?level technical support, ensure smooth IT operations, and contribute to the implementation and maintenance of security systems across multi?site environments., * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals).
- Provide support for Windows and macOS environments.
- Diagnose and resolve user?reported hardware and software issues.
- Configure and maintain corporate applications.
- Assist with security systems including CCTV, access control, IP telephony (VoIP).
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of security devices (experience with Genetec or Axis valued).
- Provide basic networking assistance (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, switches, firewalls).
- Participate in multi?site project support, documentation, and planning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of switching, routing, and WLAN technologies.
- Technical familiarity with: Cisco Switching, Cisco WLAN, Cisco Catalyst Center, Fortinet, Infoblox, DHCP/DNS.
- Fluent English and French AND Spanish
- Ability to work on?site (hybrid option after 3 months).
- Strong problem?solving, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Nice?to?Have:
- Experience in retail or multi?site environments.
- Knowledge of Genetec and Axis security platforms.
- Project management experience.
