Job description
As a Partner Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) - Microsoft 365 Productivity, you will help our client's customers design, modernize, and optimize collaboration and productivity solutions across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem .
You will act as a trusted advisor, combining deep technical expertise in SharePoint (On-Premises and Online) , Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone , and core Microsoft 365 services with a consultative approach to drive user adoption, operational excellence, and business value.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Enablement & Delivery Support: Guide customers in designing and deploying collaboration and productivity solutions using SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services, supporting both legacy and modern workplace scenarios.

SharePoint Architecture & Technical Leadership: Lead architecture design sessions and workshops covering SharePoint On-Prem infrastructure, server roles, farm topology, hybrid configurations, migrations to SharePoint Online, and modernization strategies.

Microsoft Teams & Voice Enablement: Support customers in designing and deploying Microsoft Teams solutions, including collaboration workloads, governance, and Teams Phone (calling plans, direct routing, operator connect).

Microsoft 365 Platform Advisory: Provide guidance on Microsoft 365 productivity tools and services (e.g., OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva, Power Platform integration), focusing on governance, security, adoption, and operational best practices.

Field Collaboration: Collaborate with CSAMs, CSAs, and managers to align Microsoft 365 productivity solutions with customer business goals, security requirements, and organizational readiness.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint , including:
- SharePoint Server (On-Prem) architecture and server roles
- SharePoint Online and hybrid scenarios
- Migration and modernization approaches
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams , including collaboration workloads and Teams Phone solutions.
- General understanding of the Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem , including core services, governance, and adoption considerations.
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical workshops, architecture reviews, and design sessions.
- Ability to support both legacy (on-premises) and cloud-first productivity environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
- Good level of Dutch and English
