Job description
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to support the maintenance function in a professional manner
- Managing and maintaining the helpdesk inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly
- Scheduling reactive maintenance call-outs and prioritising urgent and emergency requests
- Reviewing jobs logged throughout the day and allocating tasks to engineers accordingly
- Raising and processing purchase orders and supporting invoice administration
- Issuing and closing both planned and reactive maintenance jobs
- Accurately inputting and updating data within internal systems/CAFM systems
- Assigning and tracking tasks to ensure timely completion
- Raising follow-on works and ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timeframes
- Supporting Office and Contract Managers with general administrative duties
- Responding to queries from engineers, tenants, clients, and management
- Organising daily workload to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, * Maintenance Electrician

Are you an experienced Administrator or Helpdesk professional looking for your next opportunity?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established property maintenance company based in Dartford on a permanent basis.
You will be part of a fast-paced team supporting day-to-day maintenance operations, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued., * Previous Helpdesk or Administrative experience within property maintenance, facilities management, or construction
- Strong general administrative background with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of CAFM systems (or similar job management systems) preferred
- Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred (parking on site)
